Where no two days are the same.YOUR ROLEAs a System Tester specializing in Hardware-in-Loop (HiL) testing for automotive telematics and infotainment systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of next-generation automotive systems. Working with a major automotive OEM, you will design and execute sophisticated test scenarios that simulate real-world conditions to validate system functionality and identify potential issues before production. In this role you will play a key role in: Designing and implementing comprehensive HiL test environments that accurately simulate vehicle conditions and system interactionsDeveloping and executing test cases to validate telematics and infotainment systems against technical requirementsCreating and maintaining test automation scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverageAnalyzing test results, identifying defects, and documenting issues with clear reproduction stepsCollaborating with cross-functional development teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issuesDocumenting testing procedures, results, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and process improvementYOUR PROFILEExperience in software testing and validation, preferably in automotive environmentsStrong knowledge of Hardware-in-Loop testing methodologies and best practicesExperience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages, particularly PythonProficiency with automotive testing tools such as vTestStudio, CANoe, and CANalyserUnderstanding of automotive communication protocols and embedded systems architectureExcellent analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issuesStrong documentation and communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with teams WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE:At Capgemini Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where we offer you can work 70% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program.
