Your responsibilities include:Supporting the team in generating actionable business insights from data to help clients make better decisions;Building and maintaining dashboards and reports using modern BI tools;Collaborating with senior team members to identify and prioritize new use cases for data and analytics;Participating in workshops and meetings with clients to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions;Learning and applying best practices in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling;Developing skills in data engineering, AI, and coding (e.g., SQL, Python) with the support of experienced colleagues;Contributing to a positive team spirit and an open, collaborative work environment.YOUR PROFILEStrong interest in data, analytics, and how they can transform businesses;Experience or coursework in data analysis, dashboarding, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel);Willingness to learn coding and data engineering skills (experience with SQL or Python is a plus);Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, economics, engineering, mathematics, business);Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Dutch (minimum C1 level required).
