Where no two days are the same.Your role You will play a crucial role in designing, optimizing, and supporting Business Support Systems (BSS) and Operations Support Systems (OSS) for the telecommunications industry. In this role, you will play a key role in:Leading the Design, Architecture, and Implementation of BSS and OSS platforms to support telecom operations.Ensuring Seamless Integration of BSS systems with OSS platformsMonitoring System performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements to optimize efficiency.Conducting Business process analysis to identify automation and optimization opportunities, aligning technical solutions with business objectives.Leading or participating in OSS-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Coordinating with BSS/OSS vendors and service providers for system upgrades, bug fixes, and support.Maintaining detailed documentation of BSS-OSS configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.Your profileStrong expertise in BSS/OSS Architecture, Design, and implementation.Hands-on experience with Billing, CRM, Order management, Revenue assurance, and service provisioning systems.Proficiency in System integration, Troubleshooting, and Performance optimization.Familiarity with Telecom operations, Regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.What we believe you will enjoy about working hereWe recognize the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
