What You BringBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, ideally in high-volume production.Hands-on experience developing dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis techniques.Solid understanding of manufacturing principles and process optimization. Tech ToolkitDashboard Development: Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, advanced Excel (macros).Programming/Scripting: Python, SQL, DAX, VBA for data manipulation and automation.Manufacturing Systems: ERP (SAP, Oracle), MES, SCADA.Process Improvement: Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping. PreferredExcellent communication and project management skills.
