You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team working on high-impact projects that drive innovation and excellence.Your role:Contribute in implementation of robust test automation frameworks in Model based systems engineering platforms.Develop test scripts for complex test scenarios in model based systemsDrive process optimization initiatives to improve testing efficiency and effectivenessDefine and implement meaningful testing metrics and KPIs to measure quality and testing progressCollaborate with development teams to integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelinesMentor and provide technical guidance to test automation engineersEvaluate and recommend testing tools and technologies to address specific testing needsCreate and maintain technical documentation for test automation frameworks and processesWork closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective testing strategiesYour skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field12+ years of experience in software testing with at least 10 years focused on test automationProficient in Java programming and TestNG frameworkProficient Selenium/Playwright for web automation and RestAssured for API testing Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologiesExperience integrating test automation with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)Knowledge of version control systems and issue tracking toolsExperience with test management toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsMust have qualifications:12+ years of experience in software testing10+ years of experience in Web test automation 8+ Years experience with Java,TestNG, Selenium/PlaywrightPreferred Qualifications:Experience in test automation in MBSEProficient in JavaExperience with AI, Agentic AI for software testingExperience in visual test automatioExperience in performance/security testing.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) is desirable.Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutionsorapplications.1.
