This role ensures compliance with contractual obligations, optimizes financial performance, and safeguards delivery through proactive governance and dispute resolution. Key responsibilities include leading senior-level negotiations, managing global contracts, interfacing with clients and suppliers, and maintaining robust change management processes. Requires strong legal and financial acumen, contract drafting expertise, negotiation skills, and bilingual proficiency (French & English).
