Your ProfileServiceNow ITOM experience (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python).Strong knowledge of ITIL, APIs (REST/SOAP), and IT infrastructure.ITOM module configuration and CMDB optimization.Integration development and API usage.Troubleshooting and performance tuning.
