Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world. Your roleDevelop and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.Customize applications using workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, script includes, ACLs, and other platform features.Create and maintain dashboards, reports, service catalogs, and automated processes.Develop and maintain integrations with third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure application stability and performance.Implement and manage ServiceNow roles, ACLs, authentication, and security best practices.Your profileStrong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge).Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS.Experience with ServiceNow development tools (Studio, Flow Designer, Update Sets).Expertise in REST/SOAP integrations, scripting APIs, and data modeling.Capgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
