YOUR TASKSManage and deliver the Supplier Management process across multi-vendor environmentsMonitor, measure, and report supplier performance against agreed SLAs and KPIsFacilitate regular supplier reviews and drive service improvement plansEnsure supplier compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirementsSupport supplier onboarding, offboarding, and transitionsCollaborate with Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management to ensure integrated service deliveryDevelop and maintain supplier governance frameworks and documentationLead supplier-related escalations and resolution activitiesContribute to risk management and mitigation strategies related to supplier servicesParticipate in contract negotiations and renewals in partnership with Procurement and Legal teamsSupport the three-phased Supplier Management deployment approach:Phase 1 – Implementation Start-Up: Confirm scope, tailor plan, develop requirementsPhase 2 – Execution: Assign suppliers, deliver training, execute change managementPhase 3 – Verification & Acceptance: Validate deliverables, finalize handoff to operationsYOUR PROFILEProven experience in Supplier/Vendor Management within IT service environmentsStrong understanding of ITIL framework; ITIL certification preferredExperience working in SIAM or multi-vendor ecosystemsGerman communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersSkilled in performance analysis, reporting, and contract complianceStrong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilitiesFamiliarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNowAbility to manage virtual teams and drive cross-functional collaborationStrategic mindset with attention to detail and process disciplineWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Medicover Sport card.
