YOUR ROLEAs a Finance Transition Project Manager you'll focus on executing transition projects while also providing expert advisory services to clients. You'll collaborate with both internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and work closely with change management specialists to help organizations successfully adopt new ways of working. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive transition strategies and roadmaps, then applying these frameworks to real-world projects to achieve measurable results. We're looking for experienced, focused and motivated professionals who excel at building trusting relationships and can drive the delivery of seamless, efficient services that exceed client expectations.YOUR TASKSLead end-to-end business transformation and transition projects for global clients, ensuring successful delivery against defined objectives and timelinesExecute transition projects with precision while providing expert advisory services to clients throughout the transition processCollaborate effectively with both internal teams and external client stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and minimize disruptionWork closely with Change Management specialists to develop strategies that facilitate adoption of new processes and ways of workingDesign comprehensive transition strategies and roadmaps tailored to specific client needs and business contextsIdentify potential risks and challenges in the transition process and develop mitigation plans to address them proactivelyManage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and regular progress updatesMeasure and report on transition progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure project successYOUR PROFILEMin 3 years’ experience in Project Management and proven track of  Transition Management projects delivery.Experience in Project Management (project management certification will be an asset) and proven track of projects/programs delivery.Understanding and insight into the GBS/SSC/BPO market, concepts, and good practices, supported by delivering projects in given area.Experience in planning, managing and executing the overall/part of a transition program for various Function/s including stakeholders’ management, risk management, overall project management.Ability to participate in review project proposals to determine approach, goals, milestones, timeframes, procedures, transition resources for the transition program.Excellent Communication Skills Ensure effective communication between key stakeholders groups for each transition (Project Team, Function Leadership, Local site management, GBS Management, GBS Knowledge Transfer Teams).Fluency in English is a must.WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREPractical benefits: yearly financial bonus, private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and access to NAIS benefit platform.Access to over 70 training tracks with certification opportunities (e.g., GenAI, Excel, Business Analysis, Project Management) on our NEXT platform.
