This role will partner closely with the Program Manager and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise standards. The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce expertise, strong integration experience, and a proven track record in designing complex, global TPM solutions for the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industryYour skills and experienceSalesforce Expertise: 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years as a Technical Architect on large-scale programs.TPM Solution Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Trade Promotion Management or similar trade promotion solutions.Technical Design Leadership: Ability to define end-to-end architecture, including data models, integrations, and security frameworkIntegration Experience: Strong knowledge of middleware, APIs, and integration patterns for connecting Salesforce with ERP and other enterprise systems.Performance & Scalability: Expertise in designing solutions for high-volume transactions and multi-country deployments.Governance & Best Practices: Deep understanding of Salesforce development standards, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to work closely with business, functional, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust designs.CPG Industry Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with trade promotion processes, pricing, and analytics.Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent advanced certifications preferred.Long DescriptionLife at CapgeminiCapgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
