Join us and help leading organizations unlock technology’s value and build a sustainable, inclusive world.Your RoleCreate comprehensive documentation for Teamcenter PLM systems with technical accuracy and user-friendly content.Develop user guides, workflow documentation, and configuration management materials for various user levels.Design and deliver training materials: interactive modules, step-by-step guides, video scripts, and eLearning content.Produce technical reference documentation on system architecture, integration processes, and configuration guides.Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate content and maintain consistency.Support user training initiatives and contribute to content style guidelines.Continuously improve documentation processes for better user experience and adoption.Deliver high-quality outputs: user manuals, quick reference guides, online help systems, and training decks.Your ProfileBachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, or related field.5–7 years in technical documentation, with 3+ years on Teamcenter PLM systems.Strong understanding of Teamcenter platform and PLM architecture.Skilled at simplifying complex concepts for clear, user-centric content.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, help authoring tools, screen capture software, LMS platforms, and diagramming tools.Experienced in instructional design and UX documentation principles.Preferred certifications: Siemens Teamcenter, technical communication, instructional design.Background in manufacturing or engineering is a plus.Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and creativity.Collaborative team player with systematic documentation methodology and commitment to improvement.What You'll Love About Working HereWe ensure people of all backgrounds feel encouraged and have a sense of belonging.
