Where no two days are the same.Job DescriptionAs a Capex Project Manager, you will lead the definition and execution of major capital projects for pharmaceutical companies. These projects may include new construction, demolition, or revamping activities across diverse technical environments such as Automation, Clean and Black Utilities, Fire Remediation, High and Low Voltage systems, Pharmaceutical Equipment, and both GMP and non-GMP areas.In this role you will play a key role in:Managing stakeholders and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycleGuaranteeing that objectives are met in terms of safety, quality, costs, and deadlinesProactively identifying and mitigating risks during all phases of the projectDefining and implementing a clear and effective communication planOverseeing interfaces and impacts with other projects and existing facilitiesYour profileA master's degree in engineering (or equivalent qualification)Minimum 5 years of experience as an Engineering Project ManagerSignificant experience in the pharmaceutical industryStrong project management skills, including budget management and schedule developmentExperience with MS Project and project financial tracking toolsFluency in both French and English, with excellent communication skills What you'll love about working hereWorldwide Leader of Engineering Services: Capgemini Engineering combines its broad industry knowledge and cutting-edge technologies in digital and software to support the convergence of the physical and digital worlds.
