As an Oracle Database Engineer, you will be pivotal in engineering and optimizing Oracle 23AI/26AI databases, migrating from SQL Server, and embedding AI-driven capabilities:Optimize, and maintain Oracle databases (19c/23AI/26AI) for high performance, security, and AI-readiness.Lead and execute migrations from SQL Server to Oracle 23AI, minimizing business disruption.Develop and refactor financial processes and complex business logic in PL/SQL stored procedures, supporting consolidation and management reporting.Redesign and automate data mapping at the stored procedure level for consolidation workflows.Implement scalable, modern data models aligned with agile reporting and analytics needs.Integrate Generative AI and agentic automation for metadata enrichment, reporting, and process simplification.Support ORDS-based integrations, API enablement, and containerized microservices architecture.Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and DevOps to deliver features in an agile, release-based approach.Contribute to process mapping, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internalize expertise.YOUR PROFILE Strong expertise in Oracle DB (19c, 23AI, 26AI), PL/SQL optimization, and AI-ready database features (e.g., vectorization).Proven experience migrating SQL Server to Oracle in enterprise environments.Skilled in data mapping, data modeling, and implementing AI-driven enhancements.Experience creating and optimizing financial workflows in stored procedures.Familiarity with ORDS integrations, OCI cloud services, and containerized infrastructure.Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams.Good level of English.WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment.Enjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work-life balance.Engage in exciting national and international projects.Hybrid work.Your career growth is central to our mission.
