You’ll lead strategic transformation initiatives, design scalable architectures, and guide stakeholders through complex integrations to deliver innovative, future-ready systems. Lead end-to-end OSS/BSS transformation for telecom service providers, ensuring scalable and innovative solutions. Design comprehensive architectures, define integration strategies, and recommend modern tools and technologies. Drive program execution from design to delivery, managing risks, timelines, and stakeholder alignment. Shape strategic roadmaps for OSS/BSS evolution, focusing on cost efficiency and enhanced customer experience. YOUR PROFILE12+ years in telecom, including 5+ years in OSS/BSS transformation projects with Tier-1/Tier-2 operators or vendors. Deep technical expertise in OSS/BSS systems, telecom protocols, TM Forum standard models, integration patterns, and cloud-native architectures.  Understanding telecom business and operating models and the ability to design scalable architectures. Proficiency in architectural tools. Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to link technical solutions to business outcomes and manage stakeholders with conflicting views. Education & Certification: bachelor's or master's degree in relevant fields; TM Forum certification preferred.
