Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.YOUR ROLEWe are looking for a Engagement Manager to join our teams in Lisbon.In this role you'll be responsible for:Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure;Coordinate activities between onshore and offshore teams, ensuring effective communication and deliverable integration;Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and financial reports, ensuring compliance with contracts and objectives;Act as the primary operational and technical point of contact for the client, handling escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction;Manage risks and changes (Change Control), including impact on timelines and resources;Support the definition of roadmaps and service evolution, aligning with the client’s strategic vision;Lead governance meetings with internal and external stakeholders;Ensure structured handover at project closure;Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.YOUR PROFILEAt least 5 years of experience managing complex projects in technology environments;Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Prince2);Experience in financial management and margin control (TCV, P&L, cash flow);Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow;Certifications are a plus;Fluent in English (minimum C1).WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREAt Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
