The software engineer collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.YOUR ROLEIn this role, you should expect to:Customize and develop solutions for Dynamics 365 applications for large national and international clients using the latest updates and features of Dynamics 365, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.Interact with customers and projects from multiple business sectors.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and implementation standards.Work with engineering teams, architects, and cross-functional colleagues during the multiple phases of a project execution, in order to deliver efficient and high-quality solutions.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Dynamics 365 and related technologies and apply this knowledge to improve solutions.Take advantage of opportunities for professional development and career advancement within a dynamic and supportive environment.YOUR PROFILEMinimum of 3 years of experience on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement app (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights (Data / Journeys), Field Service), including hands-on experience on customization, development and support.Familiarity with the latest updates and features within Dynamics 365 and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.Proficiency in Dynamics 365 / Dataverse customization and development (C# and JavaScript).Experience managing data and executing data migrations using Microsoft Dataverse;Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is highly desirable.Experience with Copilot Studio is a plus.Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, including version management and automated deployments, is a plus.Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certification is a plus.Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.Fluent in English (both verbal and written), but other language skills are also appreciated and welcomed.Organized and good at structuring your work.WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREAt Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
