We implement different HR softwares, like PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HR.You’ll collaborate with clients across industries, guiding them through every stage of their HRIS journey — from requirements gathering to deployment and long-term adoption. Your responsibilities will be:1. Preparation & DiscoveryCollaborate with clients to gather, analyze and understand their business requirementsAdvice on solution design and possibilitiesLead workshops and demos to present the proposed solution2. Design & ConfigurationTranslate business needs into efficient HR processesConfigure the requirements and HR processes in the systemSupport testing activities alongside the client and project team to enable seamless adoption of the solution3. Training & EnablementTrain clients to drive successful adoption and maximize engagement with the implemented solutionDevelop and deliver tailored training materials to empower end users and ensure confident usage4. Deployment & Relationship BuildingSupport go-live activities and ensure a smooth transitionFoster long-term relationships by providing post-deployment guidance and support5. Innovation Stay up to date with release updates the tool and proactively suggest enhancements to maximize client value.YOUR PROFILEWe’re looking for someone who:Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Engineering, Economics, Finance, or similar.Is fluent in French, with professional proficiency in English.
