The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, cloud platforms, and DevOps principles, along with a solid understanding of secure software delivery practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.Implement and promote DevOps and DevSecOps best practices across the development lifecycle.Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines ensuring secure and automated deployments.Write high-quality, maintainable code along with robust JUnit test cases.Work on MySQL databases, ensuring efficient data design and performance optimization.Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications on the AWS cloud platform.Participate actively in AGILE/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of tasks.Follow ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing systems.Your Profile Overall, 6-10 Years of IT experienceStrong experience to Dev-Ops principlesStrong experience in Java, Spring Boot, MicroservicesStrong experience of writing Junit test casesGood experience of My SQL databaseGood experience working with AWS platformGood exposure of ITIL processes which includes incident, problem, change management etc.Good experience using AGILE methodologyGood to have experience in Redhat Decision Manager and DMN RulesGood to have experience in Spark, Tableau and HadoopAbout Capgemini  Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
