Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Job Description -The SAP Basis Administrator will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance availability and security of business critical SAP systems across the global organization This role involves the installation configuration administration and support of SAP landscapes in a private cloud environment as well as integration with non SAP systems The administrator will work closely with cross functional IT teams and the SAP RISE service provider to maintain high system uptime and deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities: System Administrationo Design install configure and administer SAP systems and databases in a private cloud SAP RISE with IBM Cloudo Manage and support SAP S4 HANA SAP Fiori SAP POPI SAP BTP Disclosure Management DM SAP BusinessObjects BOBJAFO GRC MDG and BPC environmentso Administer transport management SAP Basis standard jobs print management and batch job scheduling Opswiseo Deep knowledge of Computer networks firewall port etc.o Perform system integrations migrations refreshes and client copieso Implement and manage SAP Router setup SSO configuration and secure connectivity between workstations and SAP systemso Configure cloud to cloud connectivity and integration with non SAP systems eg Esker ZipHQ Concuro Perform upgrade impact analysis and execute system application upgrades for S4 HANA BOBJAFO DM and PIPOo Apply SAP core patches security patches and address SAP released vulnerabilitieso Manage certificates renewals and ensure compliance with security standardso Collaborate with SAP RISE team to ensure high availability and disaster recovery readinesso Monitor and optimize system performance including SAPHANAOS memory managemento Troubleshoot complex issues such as lockouts work process failures job terminations and network application performance problemso Conduct performance analysis and tuning for all SAP systemso Administer Solution Manager including ChaRM and CTS for change and transport managemento Maintain accurate technical documentation for system configurations processes and procedureso Liaise with other IT teams to analyze and resolve cross platform issueso Manage projects ensuring deliverables are met within deadlines Qualifications- Technical Expertiseo Proven hands-on experience administering SAP Basis in a private cloud S4 HANA environmento Strong knowledge of SAP modules S4 HANA Fiori POPI BTP DM BOBJAFO GRC MDG and BPCo Experience with SAP RISE operations and collaboration with managed service providerso Proficiency in Windows and Linux server administration including agent installations Opswise print servers and central file serverso Experience with database administration SAP HANA preferredo Familiarity with SLD administration and archiving of technical objectsSkills Abilitieso Strong analytical and problem-solving skillso Ability to troubleshoot complex SAP system issues across application database and network layerso Excellent technical documentation and communication skillso Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast paced environment Preferred CertificationsSAP Certified Technology Associate SAP S4 HANA System AdministrationThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: USD$ 120000 to 140000/annum.Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
