Preparation & DiscoveryCollaborate with clients to gather, analyze and understand their business requirementsAdvice on solution design and possibilities within SuccessFactorsLead workshops and demos to present the proposed solution 2. Realization & ConfigurationTranslate business needs into efficient HR processesConfigure the Compensation module in SuccessFactorsSupport testing activities alongside the client and project team to enable seamless adoption of the solution 3. Training & EnablementTrain clients to drive successful adoption and maximize engagement with the implemented solutionDevelop and deliver tailored training materials to empower end users and ensure confident usage 4. Deployment & Relationship BuildingLead go-live activities and ensure a smooth transitionFoster long-term relationships by providing post-deployment guidance and support  YOUR PROFILE A bachelor's or master's degree combined with SuccessFactors Compensation end-to-end project experienceCertification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module is a must  Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee central module is a big plusA collaborative mindset & customer-oriented attitude to deliver high-quality solutionsRigorous & actively listening to satisfy clients through high quality servicesA native speaker in French or Dutch and professional working proficiency in EnglishWHAT YOU WILL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREAt Capgemini Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where we offer you can work 70% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program.
