Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world. Your RoleMonitor the Control-M infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.Design, schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot batch jobs and workflows.Apply software updates, patches, and hotfixes to keep the Control-M environment up to date and secure.Implement and maintain backup and recovery procedures for the Control-M environment.Collaborate with application teams and business stakeholders to define and implement job scheduling requirements.Create and maintain job definitions, calendars, and scheduling conditions in Control-M to meet operational needs.Monitor job execution and troubleshoot issues related to job failures, dependencies, and resource allocation & Optimize workflows and job dependencies to improve efficiency and meet SLAs.Your Profile4-12 years expereince in L2/L3/L4 Control-M Scheduling and AdministrationMigration of jobs from any scheduler to Control-M/Helix.Upgrade of Control-M versions.Install, configure, and maintain the Control-M environment, including Control-M/Server, Control-M/Enterprise Manager, Control-M Agents, and related components.What will you love working at CapgeminiUse of Control-M Automation API, Self Service, and Forecasting features.Encouragement to integrate Control-M with DevOps pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and modern scripting tools.Work with global delivery centers and cross-functional teams.Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
