Where no two days are the same. Your role:-This role participates in the overall vehicle cost definition and cost management process, ensuring uniformity in the development and tracking of component targets, and managing change processes. -You will develop component-level cost targets, applying vehicle top-down budget allocation.-Understand and apply reference vehicle data and Low-Cost-Country savings to EBOM component-level data.-Comprehensive understanding of vehicle construction by systems (Body, Chassis, Powertrain, Interior, etc.) and subsystems (Underbody, suspension, trim, cooling, HVAC, etc.).-Knowledge of vehicle part breakdown and assembly processes.-Ability to identify and organize technical commodities by their functional purpose.-Propose design alternatives to meet and exceed aggressive cost targets.-Participate in cross-functional team reviews of cost status to target, component sourcing, and governance cost report outs. Your Profile:-Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (preferably Automotive related)-1-3 years of automotive industry or related industry-Technical or Financial experience participating in cross-functional Teams-Able to develop component level cost targets-Advance English communication, able to present-Advanced MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)-Familiarity with Finance Terminology and Financial Systems (preferably Fastcar2) What you´ll love about working with us:· Excellent compensation and benefits· Flexibility and balance with your personal and professional life.· Career path, trainings and real growth opportunities· Engaging and challenging projects.· Inclusive and Collaborative Culture· Open and Effective management. Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
