Capgemini partners with companies to transform and manage their business by unlocking the value of technology.  The career opportunities we offer are endless, and we provide extensive mentoring and coaching opportunities to our teammates so we can continue to be the best in the industry.  Your role: Manage a portfolio of 1-3 strategic accounts within the Life Sciences industry.The ability to develop profitable business from our managed accounts, has overall accountability achieving booking, revenue and profitability objectives for the account, both within the Americas and globally.Understands the key influencers within the client organization, quickly identifies client culture and decision-making process, and balances professional manner to suit client requirementsWorks cross collaboratively with our solutions teams to develop a pipeline of new opportunities in addition to extensions and expansions of existing contractsWorks across all of Capgemini’s business lines and across all of the client’s functional areas, to bring the full suite of Capgemini offerings to the client and continually increase value to the clientProvide escalation point for the customer and work with Managers from other service lines within Capgemini to ensure that service provision meets both SLAs & expectationsEnsure that Capgemini is positioned effectively within client at board and senior management level and is well represented for potential major new projects or bidsResponsible for maintaining strong customer satisfactionYour skills and experience 5 years of experience serving clients in the  Life Sciences, preferably with clients >$5b in sizeMinimum of 10 years’ experience in selling complex, IT services/customized technology services5 years or greater of recent experience selling technology consulting services for a Tier 1 or 2 global services providerComprehensive understanding of targeted industry business environments, issues and the trends affecting technology spendA well-documented track record of achieving annual sales quotas, managing delivery excellence and building strong client relationshipsRecent experience selling consulting services engagementsQualified applicants must demonstrate a consistent ability to exceed sales targets on a YOY basisExperience in building and maintaining relationships with senior executivesHistory of successful sales of technology services deals across multiple offerings including specific experience in application lifecycle services, mobility, cloud, testing solutions  Excellent oral and written communication skills and outstanding presentation skillsAbility to work in a global organizational and service delivery environmentDemonstrated commitment to stay abreast of industry trends and technical advancements across multiple business sectorsAbility to work in a fast paced, competitive sales cultureAbility to travel extensively as requiredHigh level of personal and professional integrityExcellent attention to detailExcellent time management skills The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $97,700 - $203,800Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
