All underpinned by technology created with purpose.  YOUR ROLEAs our new Designer at frog, you have a couple of years of experience in designing new digital products and services using human-centered design practices. You understand the importance of user experience and can articulate how your design decisions support that. You are passionate about solving design challenges together with a team of other creatives, designers, and developers, and strive to deliver useful, user-friendly, and excellent work.   In this role you will play a key role in:  Partnering with leading organizations and multidisciplinary teams to solve real business challenges, develop strategies, design new business models, and implement solutions that drive measurable impact and long-term growth.  Bringing bold ideas to life – from concept to execution by working at the intersection for creativity, strategy and technology.  Being a part of a collaborative and vibrant community where design, data and business insight come together to reimagine customer experiences and drive lasting transformation. YOUR PROFILEA University degree in a relevant design or behavioral science discipline- such as Service Design, Digital Design, User Experience Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design- combined with hands-on experience. Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English. Minimum 4+ years of full time relevant working experience in a variety of organizations (start-up, corporate, agency/consultancy) and have had roles such as Service Designer, Art Director, UX Designer, or Product Designer. Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs. You are proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD and you have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility best practices. Experience of generative AI design tools and working with motion, 3D design, front-end developers, design systems and component libraries is meriting  WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?
