All underpinned by technology created with purpose.YOUR ROLEAs a (Senior) Consultant in the Consumer Products & Retail team at Capgemini Invent Switzerland, you will be part of high-impact strategy and transformation engagements, supporting leading organizations in navigating business, digital, and organizational change. You will contribute to the design and delivery of end-to-end transformation programs, from strategy definition to execution and adoption, with a growing focus on data-driven, AI-enabled, and GenAI-powered solutions. Working in multidisciplinary teams, you will collaborate closely with client stakeholders across CxO of different functions, to help shape customer-centric strategies, innovative operating models and future-ready ways of working, ensuring tangible and sustainable business outcomes. Key responsibilities:Contribute to the delivery of strategy, transformation, and operating model engagements across the Consumer Products & Retail sector, with a strong focus on digital, data, and AI-enabled transformations;Support the design and implementation of GenAI, analytics, and digital use cases, helping clients translate emerging technologies into concrete business value across functions;Support organizational, process, technology, and change initiatives across CxO organizations, ensuring alignment between business strategy, operating model, and IT execution;Contribute to the definition of future ways of working, including agile, product-centric, and platform-based models, and support their rollout across the organization;Support change management and capability-building activities, including communication, training, and adoption measures to enable sustainable transformation and workforce upskilling;Act as a bridge between business, strategy, and technology teams, ensuring cohesive, pragmatic, and value-oriented transformation initiatives Produce structured analyses, insights, and high-quality client deliverables, supporting senior leadership decision-making;Contribute to internal knowledge development, asset building, and thought leadership, particularly in areas related to digital transformation, data, and GenAI.YOUR PROFILEOutstanding Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized University in the field of Economics, Engineering or Information Technology;  Demonstrated experience in Consumer and Retail initiatives, with at least one year of professional experience - including internships - within the industry or in roles supporting transformation efforts;  Expertise in consulting and project management;  Rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e. efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT; A structured reliable work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks with eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a commitment and self-responsibility toward deadlines;  Strong communication and presentation skills in English and either German or French are mandatory on the C1 level minimum.  WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREBe the change by supporting our clients through innovative strategy projects around digital, future-proof topics that challenge and transform the status quo;Craft your own career path through continuous learning and personal growth;Experience the benefits of hybrid working, offering flexibility and ensuring work-life balance, 5 weeks of vacation, employee referral bonus, company shares program and annual contribution to a fitness subscription. Capgemini Switzerland is an equal opportunity employer.
