Where no two days are the same.YOUR ROLEAs a VIE ADAS HILL Engineer, you will be part of our innovative automotive team working on cutting-edge Advanced Driver Assistance Systems. You will contribute to the development and testing of ADAS solutions using Hardware-in-the-Loop simulation environments to ensure safety, reliability, and performance of autonomous driving features. In this role you will play a key role in: Setting up and maintaining Hardware-in-the-Loop test environments for ADAS components and systemsDeveloping test scenarios and test cases for various ADAS functions like adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, and automated emergency brakingExecuting test procedures and analyzing test results to identify potential issues and improvementsSupporting the integration of sensor models (cameras, radar, lidar) into the HIL environmentCollaborating with cross-functional teams including software developers, system engineers, and validation teamsDocumenting test procedures, results, and technical specifications according to automotive industry standardsYOUR PROFILEMaster's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical fieldExperience in automotive engineering, preferably with exposure to ADAS systems or HIL testingBasic knowledge of automotive systems architecture and ADAS technologiesFamiliarity with HIL testing concepts and tools (dSPACE, Vector, National Instruments, or similar)Understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet)Basic programming skills in at least one language (Python, C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink)Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailFluent in English  What You Will Love About Working Here:At Capgemini Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where we offer you can work 70% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program.
