You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze industry trends, customer behaviors, and operational metrics to support our automotive clients in their digital transformation journey. In this role you will play a key role in: Collecting, processing, and analyzing data from various sources to identify patterns and trends in the automotive industryCreating comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholdersSupporting business requirements gathering and documentation for automotive projectsAssisting in the development of data models and databases to organize and store information efficientlyCollaborating with engineering and business teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendationsMonitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvementYOUR PROFILEMaster's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role, preferably in the automotive industryProficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (Excel, SQL, Power BI)Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization principlesUnderstanding of business processes and operations in the automotive sectorStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise mannerFluent in English What You Will Love About Working Here:At Capgemini Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where we offer you can work 70% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program.
