Strong finance business process knowledge and hands-on Oracle Financials Cloud experience is required to provide business solutions reducing the use of PaaS solutions.Your RoleWork closely with the client to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Perform fit gap analysis and resolve functional issuesDesign, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release managementServe as liaison between functional and technical teams to drive solution design specsBe an active member within company’s Oracle technology communitiesYour Skill and ExperienceStrong understanding of Oracle Cloud EPM applications and architecture, including FCCS, PBCS, and Narrative Reporting.Proficiency in Oracle Cloud EPM configuration, customization, and development using tools such as Calculation Manager, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Studio.Experience with data integration and transformation using tools such as Oracle Data Management (FDMEE) and Data Integration (EDI).Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team membersStrong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of Financial ERP solutionsDemonstrates leading practices knowledge or expertise.Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignmentsOracle Cloud Financial Accounting Hub, Lease Accounting, Joint Ventures, Project FinanceBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economy or Computer ScienceMinimum of 3 project full life cyclesOracle Cloud CertificationsWillingness to travel weekly as neededThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $86,900 - $192,460Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
