This role offers flexible working options and the opportunity to collaborate with leading clients across the UK.Your ProfileKey ResponsibilitiesBusiness Process Analysis & Requirements GatheringCollaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business processes.Facilitate workshops to capture functional requirements and define solution scope. Maximo Configuration & ImplementationTranslate business needs into Maximo configurations and workflows.Configure core Maximo modules: Work Management, Asset Management, Inventory, and Procurement.Customize applications using Application Designer and conditional expressions. Testing & TrainingDevelop and execute test scripts for functional and user acceptance testing.Deliver end-user training sessions and produce supporting materials.Provide hands-on support during UAT and go-live phases. Stakeholder Engagement & DocumentationMaintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.Serve as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity. Required Skills & ExperienceProven expertise in Maximo Application Suite modules: Work Management, Asset Management, Inventory, Procurement.Experience with Maximo Application Designer and conditional expressions.Familiarity with workflows, escalations, and communication templates.Understanding of Maximo security groups and access control.Basic knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation and reporting.Experience with BIRT or Cognos for report customization.Strong communication and documentation skills.What you’ll love about working hereHybrid working up to 70%Possibility to work up to 45 days per year from abroadOpen access to digital learning platformsNeed to knowAll roles will require a level of security clearance; BPSS OR Security ClearanceTo be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. You can bring your whole self to work.
