Where no two days are the same. YOUR ROLE The CTPM is managing selected complex projects where the client delivers the complete solution as End-to-End owner, or for First-Off and large non-standard or cross-organization solutions, or solutions with 3rd-Party involvement.The Customer Technical Project Manager leads and directs the technical functions being the Analysis & Design group, the Integration, Verification & Validation groupThe projects are executed under Market Unit leadership based on the contracted scope being fully accountable for the overall solution integration up to acceptance and handover to operations.Whenever possible, the CTPM is assigned during pre-sales in the project initiation phase, helping to convince the customer to buy from the client.During pre-sales phase define the technical delivery strategy from requirements gathering until final acceptance and migration, including project organization, definition of gates, deliverables, tools, and technical governance.The CTPM leads the technical negotiation during the implementation period, drives the technical project execution (through different project streams) and provides solutions to eliminate risks.The CTPM coordinates answers to unresolved technical issues and sets up technical support processes, involving necessary engineering teams when required.The CTPM verifies the E2E Quality of Service and stability of the solution, ensuring that all project KPI’s are within contract definition.The CTPM advises on customer network evolution and strives for project up-scopes.YOUR PROFILE Experience in complex projects with cross domain / E2E technology areas (7 years of experience) Experience in Telco Core networks area and Cloud and Data CentersProven experience with at least one of the following skills:4G Packet Core on Nokia Cloud5G Packet Core and SDM5G/4G Packet Core on Nokia Cloud5G CorePacket Core, SDM, IMSIMS, Cloud/Nokia Cloud on Red HatPaCo (Packet Core) for 4G/5G on Nokia CloudFixed IMS5GIMS, PaCo, SDMGood understanding of presales aspects like scoping, estimation and risk managementAbility to take responsibility and coordination and lead technical issuesAble to work and produce targeted results with minimal supervision Self-starter - able to demonstrate strong sense of business ownership and leadership Motivated by, and committed to meeting challenging individual and team deadlinesIndependent and self-directedAbility to create order in an unstructured environmentConfiguration and change management experience Solid understanding in system engineering and integration methodologies Understanding of operator business drivers and technologyTechnical Project management experienceStrong customer interaction skillsPrevious experience with Nokia solutions, public and/or hybrid cloud, and CI/CD automationHave already participated and contributed in presales WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE Join a multicultural and inclusive team environment.Enjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work-life balance.Engage in exciting national and international projects.Hybrid work.Your career growth is central to our mission.
