If you have a track record of implementing and supporting SAP business controlling modules and are a true team player that is passionate about adding value to clients and want to advance your career, this could be the role for you!Your roleAs an experienced finance SAP S/4HANA consultant, you will be responsible for optimizing end-to-end cost controlling and performance management processes, delivering client value in complex and innovative SAP programs for leading global organizations. This including:Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA controlling modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.Provide strategic advice and expertise to clients on SAP S/4HANA controlling areas including e.g. cost accounting, product costing/variance analysis, transfer pricing, management reporting and margin analysis.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, WM, PM) and external systems.Manage and mentor junior consultants, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality project delivery.Stay current with industry trends, the latest developments in SAP S/4HANA controlling, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance service delivery.Your profileAt least 5 years of hands-on experience and proven track record in implementing SAP controlling solutions in a complex environment.Strong understanding of end-to-end business controlling and performance management processes and the ability to align SAP solutions with business objectives.Ideally, you have experience from being a team-lead for a controlling / performance mgmt. area within a global SAP S/4HANA implementation. You are comfortable facilitating workshops and secure aligning between IT and the business.  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
