Your RoleAs a Director / Sr. Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and performance of the A&D, Automotive, Manufacturing and O&G industry segments within Capgemini Invent. This role is critical in driving growth, profitability, and innovation within these segments.Role Expectations:Experience in setting up large transformation programs within Product EngineeringExperience in leading and delivering large Engineering S/W programsCreate and industrialize target operating model and execution modelExperience in setting up VRO, PMO and driving governanceDevelop and drive the Engineering transformation roadmap with the clientStrong understanding of the value driven by PLM and Manufacturing solutionsExperience in selling and managing multiple capabilities/cross-offersExperience in AI approaches and engineering enablement using AI solutions.Experience in leveraging AI/GenAI and data to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.Qualifications & ExperienceWe would love to see a candidate who can:Develop and implement the strategic plan in alignment with the overall business strategy and objectives.Identify and pursue new business opportunities including preparing proposals, presentations, and pursuing contracts.Manage the execution of programs and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and meeting customer requirements.Assess and manage risks associated with projects and operations, implementing risk mitigation strategies ensuring complianceBuild strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.Have the ability to travel as needed to the Client Site What You'll Love About Working HereAt Capgemini Invent, we empower our people to explore, innovate, and progress.
