You’ll guide teams in delivering high-performance solutions for networking platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation.In this role, you will:Lead design and development of embedded systems for routing devices.Drive architecture decisions and mentor teams on best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver OpenWRT-based solutions.Ensure robust implementation of IP Routing, NAT, Firewall, and advanced networking features.Oversee integration of PON/DSL, IPSec, Wi-Fi, and bootloader (u-boot) components.Manage build systems and package management using UCI, netifd, ubus, opkg.Support performance optimization and troubleshooting across platforms.Your ProfileExperience:12+ years in embedded and routing device development.Minimum 4 years as a technical lead.At least 2 years working with OpenWRT-based router/embedded device development.Skills:Expertise in UCI, netifd, ubus, opkg, and build systems.Strong knowledge of IP Routing, NAT, Firewall, PON/DSL, IPSec, Wi-Fi, and u-boot.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.About UsAt Capgemini Engineering, the world leader in engineering services, we bring together a global team of engineers, scientists, and architects to help the world’s most innovative companies unleash their potential.
