You’ll be responsible for designing end-to-end business processes, aligning SAP solutions with client needs, and guiding them through their digital transformation journey to S/4HANA.YOUR TASKS:Lead the functional design and architecture of S/4HANA transformation projects across all core modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, etc.).Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.Define project scope, process flows, and system configurations in alignment with SAP best practices.Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development.Conduct workshops and presentations for stakeholders, ensuring alignment on functional and technical aspects.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance throughout the transformation lifecycle.Mentor and guide functional consultants across modules to ensure quality delivery and knowledge growth.YOUR PROFILE:10+ years of experience in SAP implementations, with deep functional expertise (various modules).Proven experience in leading S/4HANA transformation projects from blueprint to go-live.Strong understanding of E2E business processes and their mapping in SAP.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German is a strong plus).Ability to work in complex, global environments with multiple stakeholders.NICE TO HAVE:Experience with industry-specific SAP solutions (e.g., Retail, Manufacturing, Utilities).Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile delivery models.German language proficiency.WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE:This role has the leading role in understanding client business needs, and ability map those to the application functionalities – ensure seamless functionality delivery of the application being developed. Individual ust be responsible for functional guidance over the whole project or application life cycle.
