Job DescriptionAUTOMATION QAPURPOSE OF THE JOBOur customer is a global management consulting firm. Its clients are leading organization in public, private and social sectors all over the world. We are seeking Senior Automation Quality Assurance engineerwho will be part of Feature Team for project that pertains to the marketing and sales domain. You will be responsible for enhancing automation framework and test suite creation for solution testing.YOUR ROLE:Automation framework and tests creation (UI, API, data correctness)Automation tests execution and maintenanceClose collaboration with developers, business analyst and manual QA to ensure the best quality of the productBug reportingAutomation status reporting (overall coverage, release quality, bugs found, etc.)Performance/Load testing and reportingProactively raise technical risks and suggest measures against themMentoring of less experienced AQA colleaguesWorks in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications.1. Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems.2. He/she is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance.3. His/her work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.4. The software engineer builds skills and expertise of his/her software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities.5. The software engineer collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.Job Description - Grade SpecificYOUR PROFILE:Must have:5 + years of commercial experience as Automation QA EngineerObject oriented design, automated functional testing (UI and API)Commercial experience with Selenium and PlaywrightCommercial experience with Python/pytestExperience of work in Agile environmentsReadiness to work with Performance/Load testing if previous experience is absentIntermediate+ English and good communication skillsWould be a plus:Experience and/or willingness to work with GenAI tools such as Cursor IDE or Github Copilot (in agentic mode)Experience working with Data Analytics solutionsCommercial experience with Performance/Load testing (preferably Locust)Allure FrameworkKnowledge of one or few scripting languages
