Strong finance business process knowledge and hands-on Oracle Financials Cloud experience is required to provide business solutions reducing the use of PaaS solutions.Your RoleWork closely with the client to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Oracle Financials CloudPerform fit gap analysis and resolve functional issuesDesign, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release managementServe as liaison between functional and technical teams to drive solution design specsBe an active member within company’s Oracle technology communitiesYour Skills And Experience5 years or more of Oracle implementation experience with Cloud Financial applications with strong knowledge in GL, AP, CM, Tax and SLAExperience with Oracle and non-Oracle integration points with Purchasing, Core HR, Fixed Assets and ProjectsGood communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team membersStrong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of Financial ERP solutionsDemonstrates leading practices knowledge or expertise.Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignmentsOracle Cloud Financial Accounting Hub, Lease Accounting, Joint Ventures, Project FinanceBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economy or Computer ScienceMinimum of 3 project full life cyclesOracle Cloud CertificationsWillingness to travel weekly as neededThe base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $76,200 - $178,290Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
