YOUR ROLEWe are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with strong experience in managing end-to-end software delivery projects in the telecom cloud domain, particularly with Nokia Cloud platforms (NCP, NCOM, NCD). The ideal candidate will also bring hands-on experience in test and integration engineering, especially within fCaaS environments.This role requires a proactive leader who can manage complex programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery with high customer satisfaction.YOUR TASKS• Lead and manage full lifecycle of cloud-based software projects (from planning to closure).• Define and execute delivery approaches for Nokia Cloud platforms (NCP, NCOM, NCD).• Coordinate project/program teams, stakeholders, and partner organizations.• Ensure timely and quality delivery aligned with customer expectations.• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including planning, risk, change, and opportunity management.• Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in project tools and repositories.• Collaborate with test/integration engineers to validate and integrate fCaaS solutions.YOUR PROFILEMust Have Qualifications:• Proven experience managing Nokia Cloud (NCP, NCOM, NCD) projects or programs.• Strong leadership in end-to-end software project delivery.• Experience in stakeholder and resource management across cross-functional teams.• Excellent communication and coordination skills with customer and partner teams.• Proficiency in project planning, risk management, and change control.• Familiarity with project tools and repositories for tracking and reporting.• Background in Test/Integration Engineering, especially in fCaaS environments.Nice to Have Skills:• Experience with cloud-native architectures and containerized platforms.• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.• Knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS systems and service orchestration.• Exposure to Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies.• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile).WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREEnjoy hybrid working model that fits your life - after completing onboarding, connect work from a modern office with ergonomic work from home, thanks to home office package (including laptop, monitor, and chair).
