With a strong Nordic presence and a diverse global client base, we guide clients through seamless ERP transformations that deliver lasting value.Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, inclusive world!Your roleAs an SAP Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing client engagements, ensuring successful delivery of SAP projects, and building strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.Do you want to make a significant impact and advance your career in a collaborative and innovative environment with well-known customers this could be the role for you!In this role you will play a key role in:Understanding client's needs, aligning project objectives with company goals, and ensuring the successful completion of the project at hand.Lead SAP implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Play a central role in building, maintaining and enhancing client relationships and working collaboratively with solution architects and technical consultants for preparing appropriate response to RFP documents.Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction. Your profileMinimum 10 years of experience in SAP project management with good delivery or pre-sales background having demonstrated experience in managing projects.Strong understanding of SAP solutions and proven ability to manage complex projects, lead cross-functional teams and ability to respond to RFP and estimation capabilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.Note: Nordic-based and fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish is preferred.
