All underpinned by technology created with purpose.YOUR ROLEAs a Business Transformation Senior Consultant/Manager with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA, you will partner with clients in developing the vision and ambition for their business transformation program identifying value drivers, and opportunities to create new business models and improve existing business capabilities. You will play a key role in: Understanding current (as-is) and support the design of future (to-be) client value streams cutting across process blocks and technologies, helping clients to excel operationally, generate additional revenues, and improve customer experience; Supporting the formulation of the business case for change, including quantifying expected costs and benefits, and obtaining the buy-in of client stakeholders; Being a reliable advisor who works with clients to develop innovative solutions to their most challenging business problems leveraging the SAP S/4HANA technology ecosystem; Depending on your background and interest, developing in-depth knowledge of one or more functional areas (finance, sales, production, logistics, procurement, etc.) and the related SAP S/4HANA solutions, helping clients optimize their business processes; Overseeing the work of and coach junior team members; Supporting the business development activities including preparing and pitching proposals for national and international clients for our S/4HANA consulting services. YOUR PROFILE4+ years’ experience, with proven ability to manage client projects and mentor others;Strong analytical and communication skills; able to bridge business and technology;Experience with data management, analytics, AI concepts, and ideally exposure to intelligent automation or agentic AI;Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to build networks within the team and with clients;Excellent command of written and spoken English and either German (for Zurich) or French (for Geneva) is mandatory on the C1 level minimum.WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE Be the change by supporting our clients through innovative strategy projects around digital, future-proof topics that challenge and transform the status quo; Craft your own career path through continuous learning and personal growth; Experience the benefits of hybrid working, offering flexibility and ensuring work-life balance, 5 weeks of vacation, employee referral bonus, company shares program and annual contribution to a fitness subscription.   Capgemini Switzerland is an equal opportunity employer.
