All underpinned by technology created with purpose.YOUR ROLEAs a Consultant in the Digital Engineering practice within the Intelligent Industry team at Capgemini Invent Switzerland, you will play a key role in helping top-tier organizations to innovate, transform, and lead in the digital age. You will support Capgemini clients to: Innovate and develop forward-thinking strategies, services, and products; Design and implement future-ready business and operating models; Translate customer insights, organizational knowledge and market perspectives into actionable solutions; Drive organizational transformation through cutting-edge technologies and methods and bring to life the organizations of the future.  Today's markets present significant challenges for the engineering of the future. The development of complex products needs to become more efficient and at the same time more agile. Teams in product innovation must collaborate in a decentralized manner in order to accelerate the introduction of new business models. We advise our clients to achieve their engineering goals with innovative methods and technologies on projects like: IT/Business Strategy for Engineering;Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Business Transformation;Agilization of product development processes;Definition of Engineering Operating Models.YOUR PROFILEMaster’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or related fields with outstanding academic records;Knowledge of process design, optimization, and implementation for product creation;Knowledge of one or more Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools, e.g. Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Arena/Windchill, Dassault Systèmes;2+ years of experience in management consulting or engineering operations in automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, or life science sectors; Additional exposure to project management for complex transformation projects using agile frameworks and tools (e.g. Jira) is preferred;Lateral thinking and ability to bridge technology, strategic evaluation, and practical implementation; structured work style to solve complex problems with a positive mindset and enthusiasm, combind with eagerness to learn, adapt in uncertain situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;Strong communication, moderation and presentation skills in English and either German (for Zurich) or French skills (for Geneva) are mandatory on the C1 level minimum;Very good MS Office skills, familiar with enterprise software (e.g. PLM, ERP) High reliability, team spirit, and personal fit for a leading global management consulting firm (international orientation & openness to travel, integrity).WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREBe the change by supporting our clients through innovative strategy projects around digital, future-proof topics that challenge and transform the status quo; Craft your own career path through continuous learning and personal growth; Experience the benefits of hybrid working, offering flexibility and ensuring work-life balance, 5 weeks of vacation, employee referral bonus, company shares program and annual contribution to a fitness subscription; Capgemini Switzerland is an equal opportunity employer.
