As part of one of the top 5 global Salesforce partners, you will play a crucial role in planning and implementing futureproof solutions for and with our clients while being part of our global Salesforce community and CTO Network. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to collaborate and exchange knowledge with a fast-growing community of Salesforce experts.   Your role  In this role you will play a key role in:  Shape our place in the market: Build winning proposals and offers backed by innovative solutions, modern delivery approaches, and competitive estimations. Guide CxOs in their decision process to select Salesforce technology and/or Capgemini as their trusted transformation partner within Digital Customer Experience (DCX).Ensures our high delivery quality: Shape and participate in design authority and advisory roles across strategic Nordic Salesforce engagements to oversee the realization of proposed target and transition architectures, ensuring long-term scalable and cost-efficient solutions that meet the business objectives of our clients. In this aspect you will also manage own chargeability of 50%.Curate and Deploy Salesforce Assets and Accelerators: Promote and position Capgemini’s global offers and accelerators, adapting assets for deployment in the local market or customer context. Ensure that we learn from our successes and failures throughout the community of experts.Build that excellent team that our clients deserve: Mentor, activate, and grow the Salesforce architect community within Capgemini Nordics, nurturing future CX architects. Connect with our European and global Salesforce- and architects-community to ensure collaborative growth and thought leadership.   Your Profile    Extensive experience in enterprise architecture and delivery within CX domains, with strong functional and technical knowledge of CRM solutions.Salesforce Technical Architecture certification or ambition to achieve it in the near future – which we can help with through our global network.Proven track record in leading and mentoring architects and technical teams, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience in crafting scalable CX solutions, leading complex bids, and engaging with CxOs in strategic sales and delivery contexts.   What We Believe You Will Enjoy About Working In This Role    A dynamic and a fast-growing Salesforce architect community across the Nordics and globally.The opportunity to shape enterprise-scale digital transformations with leading clients.A clear path to grow your technical leadership and mentor aspiring architects.   Application  Do not hesitate to submit your application.
