You will have the opportunity to shape the future of business operations at large and will take responsibility for fine-tuning and orchestrating technology-enabled transformation projects.YOUR TASKSParticipate in the process and technology transformation projects within Finance, supporting Transformation Senior Consultants and Transformation Managers in successful development and delivery of the project deliverablesParticipate in the projects that may be related to: target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC set up, automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, RPA implementation, transition, RPA implementation, training delivery, change management and similar Be part of the projects for external Clients as well as for internal Capgemini Business Services EngagementsOperate at the level of Subject Matter Expert and trustful advisor for client within the area of expertiseLearn and apply in practice different process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma / DGEM Benchmarking) to the area of expertise for the continuous improvement and transformation purposes   Act as a Stream Lead or Project Lead for non-complex projects, having full accountability for high quality deliverables with minimum guidanceOwn certain project deliverables related to documentation of identified process challenges, potential improvements and benefits, future processes and operating modelsParticipate in the Target Operating Model and Process Design workshops, leading the different work project work streams and supporting the documentation of agreed solutions and decisionsPrepare the final deliverables for Client depending on the scope of project, i.e. business requirement documents, solution documents, technical designs, benchmarking report outYOUR PROFILEProven experience in finance transformation (at least 7 years) and very strong end to end process knowledge within finance (Receivables, Credit to Cash, Order to Cash) with very good understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO operating modelsExperience in process design and documentation preparationExperience in process mapping in Visio, Business Optix, Signavio, Aris (or similar) including BPMN notation awarenessContinuous Improvement, Client value and Innovation mindset with proven benefits delivered Ability to articulate the recommended solution clearly in the form of presentationExperience in project type of work, with frequent Client interactions (i.e. workshops, presentations, trainings) Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings Knowledge and experience in at least one of the ERPs: S4H, SAP ECC or OracleVery good understanding and/or implementation experience of Receivables, Credit to Cash, Order to Cash technologies  (Blackline, High Radius, Sarala SaaS Platforms, RPA, Intelligent Automation solutions)Fluent spoken and written English WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?Practical benefits: yearly financial bonus, private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and access to NAIS benefit platformAccess to over 70 training tracks with certification opportunities (e.g., GenAI, Architects, Google) on our NEXT platform.
