You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency and create measurable business impact.YOUR TASKSPartnering with clients to assess their current R2R processes, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement through process redesign, automation, and technology enablement.Supporting Transformation Managers in developing and delivering high-quality project deliverables that drive measurable business outcomes.Participating in Target Operating Model and Process Design workshops, documenting agreed solutions and ensuring alignment with client objectives.Leveraging your deep R2R process knowledge to recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, control, and insight generation.Collaborating with client Subject Matter Experts to understand business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.Conducting process and technology maturity assessments, benchmarking exercises, and automation potential evaluations.Supporting the implementation of ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle) and specialized finance tools.Contributing to Global Business Services and Shared Service Center design and implementation initiatives.Staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to provide forward-thinking recommendations.YOUR PROFILEMinimum 5 years of experience in finance transformation with strong R2R process expertise.Proven ability to document processes (flows, narratives, operating procedures, control frameworks) with attention to detail.Experience in client-facing activities including facilitating workshops, delivering presentations, and conducting training.Demonstrated ability to lead meetings and workshops with 5+ participants, managing diverse stakeholder perspectives.Practical knowledge of at least one major ERP system: SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or Oracle.Good understanding of specialized finance tools such as Cadency, Blackline, ServiceNow, Tradeshift, or similar solutions.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvementsExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?Practical benefits: private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and 40+ options on our NAIS benefit platform, including Netflix, Spotify or Sports card. Access to over 70 training tracks with certification opportunities (e.g., GenAI, Excel, Business Analysis, Project Management) on our NEXT platform.
