We promise and deliver Frictionless Finance solution for our Clients.YOUR TASKSSupporting our Global Clients in the end-to-end Business Transformation & Transition journey.Focus on transition project execution but also client advisory in transition area.Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth project execution from transition perspective.Close cooperation with our Change Managers to ensure adoption of new ways of working.Building transition strategy, roadmap and applying that to projects.YOUR PROFILEMin 7 years’ experience in Project Management and proven track of big size Transition projects delivery.Experience in Project Management (project management certification will be an asset) and proven track of projects/programs delivery.Understanding and insight into the GBS/SSC/BPO market, concepts, and good practices, supported by delivering projects in given area.Experience in consulting projects and transformation initiatives.Experience in planning, managing and executing the overall transition program for various Function/s including stakeholders’ management, risk management, overall project management.Ability to prepare and review project proposals to determine approach, goals, milestones, timeframes, procedures, transition resources for the transition program of a various Function/s.Experience in solutioning, working with solution architects, bid team, commercial leads to prepare proposals to potential clients.Fluent English, (French or German would be an asset).WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREPractical benefits: company car, yearly financial bonus, private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and access to NAIS benefit platform.Access to over 70 training tracks with certification opportunities (e.g., GenAI, Architects, Google) on our NEXT platform.
