YOUR TASKSFunctional requirements and technical requirements elicitationBusiness/Functional AnalysisSupporting User Acceptance TestingCreation of Project documentation - requirements and specifications.Communication with English speaking project stakeholders on customer sideBuild stakeholder consensus and ensure everyone is on the same page, in agreement, and can visualize the solution being proposedBe ready to perform Product Owner proxy responsibilities. (requirements clarification, creation and refinement, grooming facilitation)Develop business cases, requirements, use casesPost-Implementation supportPropose recommendations based on industry best practicesYOUR PROFILE5+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst (marketing and sales is a huge plus)Experience in gathering/elicitation business requirements and developing functional specifications with special emphasis on use cases, providing user training and supportKnowledge of business analysis best practices (ideally BABOK)Knowledge of requirements lifecycleKnowledge of software development process (Software Development lifecycle)Knowledge and experience in the software development methodologies (preferably Agile)Understanding of modern WEB technologiesExperience with tools for Software management, Jira/Confluence, etc.Advanced communication verbal and written skillsQA background will be a big plusWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
