Our development teams are highly self-organizing and independent, capable in agile and lean software engineering practices.  Who Are We Looking For?We are looking for a skilled Dynatrace Expert to join our team and lead efforts in application and infrastructure monitoring. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining observability solutions that ensure the performance, reliability, and stability of our systems.YOUR TASKS: Design and configure monitoring for applications, services, and infrastructure using Dynatrace.Analyze telemetry data to identify performance bottlenecks and system issues.Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and development teams to improve system observability.Create dashboards, alerts, and reports to support operational excellence.Participate in optimization and automation initiatives.Provide training and guidance to technical teams on Dynatrace usage.YOUR PROFILE: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools.Solid understanding of web application architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.Experience working with microservices, and cloud platforms (preferred: AWS, Azure, GCP).Knowledge in the area of APM, infrastructure monitoring, logging, and alerting.Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and SRE is an advantage.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.Competence in using Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, and AI-powered insights.NICE TO HAVE:Certifications such as Dynatrace Professional Certification or Dynatrace Master Certification.Cloud certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, etc.Basic German language.WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?
