Where no two days are the same.We are looking for motivated consultants in the area of Telecommunications to join our teams and help to build a better future for this sector. Capgemini Engineering is looking for Packet Core Engineer to integrate a cloud transformation team, to migrate legacy EPC infrastructure to cloud based. YOUR TASKS• Hands-on experience with packet core network components (e.g., SGSN, GGSN, MME, PGW).• Strong understanding of mobile network standards (e.g., 4G/5G, LTE, VoLTE).• Experience with Packet Core network testing and troubleshooting tools.• Proficient in analyzing Packet Core call flows and signaling protocols.• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.• Integrate and configure packet core network components, ensuring interoperability and compliance with network standards.• Analyze and document call flows across various nodes and interfaces in the packet core network.• Troubleshoot call flow issues to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.• Execute comprehensive acceptance test plans for new network elements and services.YOUR PROFILE• Telecommunications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent background.• Min 3 years of relevant work experience in IP Domain• Good knowledge in IP Networking Protocols like OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, LDP, L2VPN, L3VPN, BFD.• Understanding of Switching VLAN, STP, RSTP, MSTP, VRRP, HSRP.• Product/Vendor knowledge/Certification on Ericsson / Nokia / Cisco / Juniper/ Huawei / F5 (at least any two).• IPTEL Knowledge.• Good Communication Skills and proactive.WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREEnjoy hybrid working model that fits your life - after completing onboarding, connect work from a modern office with ergonomic work from home, thanks to home office package (including laptop, monitor, and chair).
