YOUR TASKS:As a skilled and experienced Replicon Solution Expert you should be able to lead the stabilization and improvement of the already deployed time and absence management solution for a leading multinational consulting firm.This role involves working within a team of solution experts, working across 39 countries, and supporting a workforce of 350,000 employees.You will be responsible for strengthening processes, enhancing solution capabilities, and ensuring closer alignment with business needs.You should be having a strong understanding of functional time and absence management processes, expertise in SaaS solutions deployment and integration processes, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical execution.YOUR PROFILEExpertise in Replicon SaaS platform implementation and configuration.Knowledge of data integration methods (APIs, middleware, ETL tools) and cloud-based architecture.Design end-to-end data flows and describe system interdependencies.Create functional specifications, use case scenarios, and process flow diagrams.Experience in documenting requirements for large, complex organizationsWHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREPractical benefits: yearly financial bonus, private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and access to NAIS benefit platform.Access to over 70 training tracks with certification opportunities (e.g., GenAI, Excel, Business Analysis, Project Management) on our NEXT platform.
