You will have the opportunity to shape the future of business operations at large and will take responsibility for fine-tuning and orchestrating technology-enabled transformation projects. We seek focused and inspired individuals who have the special power to build the close, trusting relationships that are key to delivering the seamless and efficient transitions and transformations that Clients expect from Capgemini.   YOUR TASKSLead finance transformation projects, including process design, automation, ERP implementation, and change management.Collaborate with clients to define and deliver transformation agendas.Apply methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, ESOAR to drive continuous improvement.Act as a trusted advisor and SME in R2A transformation.Facilitate workshops, analyze data, and recommend tailored solutions.Support development of transformation assets and contribute to product innovation.Engage in sales and up-sell opportunities, demonstrating commercial acumen.YOUR PROFILE13+ years of experience in Finance, especially in Record-to-Analyze (R2A): General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Period End Close, Reconciliation, Reporting.7+ years in leadership roles such as Cross-Stream Project Lead or Multi-Tower Solution Lead.Proven track record in leading end-to-end finance transformation projects, including design and implementation across industries.Strong Continuous Improvement and Innovation mindset, with tangible benefits delivered.Excellent communication and presentation skills, including stakeholder management and proposal development.Experience in shaping transformation stories, including participation in sales processes (RFX, Orals).Hands-on experience with ERP systems (S4H, SAP ECC, Oracle) and non-ERP tools (Blackline, Trintech, Workiva).Familiarity with Intelligent Automation, RPA, Gen AI.Deep understanding of GBS/SSC/BPO models and process benchmarking.Strong consulting skills: hypothesis-driven analysis, storytelling, diagnostics.Fluent in spoken and written English.Nice to have:Project management certification.Finance or procurement certifications (e.g., CIMA, CPA, ACCA, CIPS).GET TO KNOW USCapgemini is committed to diversity and inclusion, ensuring fairness in all employment practices.
